Carlos together with Dr Jesus Rodriguez-Manzano from the Department of Electrical Engineering in Imperial College London (http://www.imperial.ac.uk/people/j.rodriguez-manzano) visited Dr Daniel Mansur (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Daniel_Mansur2), our collaborator in the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in the beautiful island of Florianopolis, Brazil. We also visited the top-notch research center of the Fundacao Osvaldo Cruz (Fiocruz) in Curitiba, in the neighbouring state of Parana.
